Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Positive Teen Seen account and associated data, follow the steps below.

Delete from the app

You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

This will permanently remove your account and associated data.

Don’t have access to the app?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at:

support@positiveteenseen.com

Please include the email associated with your account and use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

What data is deleted

  • Your account profile and login information
  • Journal entries and reflections
  • Mood tracking and wellness data
  • Any user-generated content tied to your account

Data retention

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Any retained data will only be kept as long as necessary.

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying your request.
